Question 1

How does a sparkling water machine work?

Accepted Answer

A sparkling water machine injects food-grade CO₂ from a pressurised cylinder into a sealed bottle of water. The CO₂ dissolves under pressure to create carbonation. Press the lever to your desired fizz level — light, medium, or intense — and your sparkling water is ready in seconds. No electricity required.

Question 2

How long does one CO₂ cylinder last?

Accepted Answer

Each Bubblitz CO₂ cylinder contains 400g–425g of food-grade CO₂ and makes approximately 40–60 litres of sparkling water depending on your carbonation level. For a household using 1 litre per day, one cylinder typically lasts 6–8 weeks.

Question 3

How do I get a CO₂ refill in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Order a CO₂ refill online at bubblitz.com. Send your empty cylinder back to us and we will dispatch a fresh, food-grade filled cylinder once we receive your empty. No subscription required — order only when you need it.

Question 4

Is sparkling water healthy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plain sparkling water is safe and hydrates just as effectively as still water. It contains zero sugar, zero calories, and no phosphoric acid. It is significantly healthier than soft drinks. The carbonic acid in sparkling water has minimal impact on tooth enamel compared to cola drinks.

Question 5

Is the CO₂ used in Bubblitz machines safe to drink?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bubblitz uses 100% food-grade CO₂, the same type used in commercial sparkling water and soft drink production. It meets strict international purity and safety standards and is completely safe for carbonating drinking water.

Question 6

Do Bubblitz sparkling water machines need electricity?

Accepted Answer

No. All Bubblitz Carbonator models (1, 2, 3, 4, and 5) are fully manual and require no electricity. Carbonation is powered entirely by the pressurised CO₂ cylinder.

Question 7

What is the difference between Carbonator 2 and Carbonator 3?

Accepted Answer

The Carbonator 3 has a larger 1L bottle (vs 600ml on the Carbonator 2), a bigger overall body, and a higher-quality food-grade plastic build. Both use a lever press mechanism and require no electricity. The Carbonator 3 is priced at Rs. 34,999 vs Rs. 25,999 for the Carbonator 2.

Question 8

Are Bubblitz CO₂ cylinders compatible with SodaStream machines?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bubblitz screw-in CO₂ cylinders use the standard W21.8 international thread and are compatible with SodaStream machines that use screw-in cylinders, as well as Aarke, Drinkmate, Breville, and Philips machines.

Question 9

How do I clean my Bubblitz sparkling water maker?

Accepted Answer

Rinse the carbonating bottle with warm water after every use and deep clean weekly with mild dish soap and a bottle brush. Wipe the machine body with a damp cloth weekly. Never submerge the machine body in water. The CB5 glass bottle is dishwasher-safe; PET and stainless steel bottles should be hand-washed.

Question 10

How much does it cost to make sparkling water at home with Bubblitz?

Accepted Answer

Approximately Rs. 33–42 per litre, depending on your carbonation level. A CO₂ refill costs Rs. 2,399 and makes 40–60 litres of sparkling water. This compares to Rs. 250+ per litre for Murree Sparkletts and Rs. 1,147+ per litre for Perrier.

Question 11

Can I add flavours to my sparkling water?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bubblitz offers flavour syrups in 7 regular varieties (Lemon, Apple, Cola, Mint, Strawberry, Marinda, Blueberry) and 10 zero-sugar varieties (Mango, Strawberry, Lychee, Peach, Apple, Anar, Guava, Sting, Pineapple, Grapes). Simply add to your carbonated water and stir.
